At the event, you are invited to ask questions of staff and current students of the University of Western Sydney in relation to our courses available, scholarships we offer and University life.

Badanami Alternative Entry Program thumbnail

Badanami Alternative Entry Program - 19th Jan 2015

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander high school and mature age students can apply to study at the University of Western Sydney through the Badanami Alternative Entry Program. The program is designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who have not:

  • Completed high school
  • Obtained an ATAR or high enough ATAR score for their chosen course
  • Received sufficient workplace experience
  • Obtained a Higher School Certificate (HSC)

Students who receive a lower ATAR can gain admission into a course with a higher ATAR through the Badanami Alternative Entry Program.

Test dates are Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 January 2015.

The Badanami Alternative Entry Program is a two day test held on the Kingswood (Penrith) campus. Students will be given an interview and tested on basic mathematics and English.
