Mid Year Admission

Applying for mid-year admission is simple. If you are a non-current school leaver, just follow the steps below. If you are an international student, please refer to international mid year admission

1. Select the courses that interest you from the mid year course list

If you want to know a little bit more about the courses you're interested in, request a course information pack via email or call 1800 897 669.

 Once you've decided on what course is right for you, make your application online to the University Admissions Centre (UAC). Be sure to check for additional selection criteria, and note that you are able to have up to six preferences on your application.

4.
 Your application will be assessed based on the following, and each given a rank out of 100.

- NSW HSC or equivalent;
- TAFE or Tertiary studies;
- Work Experience;
- STAT (Registrations for Mid Year Admission close 19 May and the test is to be held 31 May)

The highest rank that you attain will be your competitiveness to gain entry to a course.

5. You may have to provide proof of proficiency in English and submit additional supporting documentation to UAC.

 Be aware of the following scholarships that are on offer. If you are eligible, make sure to apply.

7. Last, but not least, be aware of the Alternate Pathways to UWS just in case you don't have the required rank to gain entry to the course of your choice.
